• Development Associate

  Description

  St. Mary’s is seeking an experienced fundraising assistant to provide gift management, database, and administrative support to the Development team. This includes maintaining the workflow for gift processing and acknowledgements; the coordination of data for prospecting operations, reporting and data analysis.   Compensation

• Substitute Teachers (Early Education, Ages 2-5)

  Description

  Our Early Education substitute teachers are required to have successfully completed at least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units. We are looking for individuals with experience in a preschool environment who can provide a warm, caring and safe environment for our students.
  
  Successful candidates will identify with the mission of the School and will have experience within an educational setting and an appropriate background in education and/or child development.

• Substitute School Nurse

  Description

  St. Mary’s is seeking experienced school nurses to provide substitute coverage when our nurse is off campus. The Substitute School Nurse will provide health services to students, faculty and staff, manage paraprofessional activities related to school health services, distribute health information, provide emergency medical care and perform special health care procedures for students as necessary.
  
  

  Compensation

  $32.00 per hour.
  
  

  Requirements

  Qualified candidates must have a BA or BS from an accredited college, a current California Registered Nursing License, a minimum of two years successful experience as a School Nurse, strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and knowledge of California state laws, California educational codes and first aid/CPR standards.
