To begin our online application, click the Apply Online button below. Through Ravenna, our online admission system, explore admission steps, sign up for events, fill out and submit application components, and track your application status. When you arrive at this page, you will be asked to create an account (if you have not done so during the Inquiry phase). Look up St. Mary’s in the “School Directory,” and complete the application. Using your Ravenna account, you may start forms, leave them partially complete, and return to them anytime.

Kindergarten through Grade 8 applicants are asked to complete applications by February 1 to be considered in the first round of decisions. Early Education Program applicants (ages 2 - 4) should complete applications by March 1 to be considered in Round One. Applications completed after due dates will be considered as space allows and in the order in which they are received.

Once applications are processed and assessments are completed, candidate files are reviewed by the Admission Committee. Round One applicants to Kindergarten through Grade 8 will be notified by March 1. Early Education Program applicants will receive decisions by March 15. Round Two applicants will be notified as decisions are made, based on space availability.
