Description
St. Mary’s is seeking an experienced fundraising and events manager todevelop and implement parent engagement strategies to support the philanthropic and retention goals of the school, to cultivate volunteerism and a sense of community, in conjunction with executing St. Mary’s community events. (See attached job description for further details)

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in nonprofit development or fundraising event planning.
3. Experience recruiting, training and managing volunteers.
4. Displays excellent project management and follow-up skills
5. Excellent organization skills with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment where time sensitive deadlines and interruptions are the norm.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, both internal and external, with a strong customer service focus.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Ethical and discreet team player.
9. High energy, self-starter with ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task.
10. Excellent computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office.
11. Skilled using a donor database; knowledge of Raisers Edge a plus.
12. Able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
13. Able to work occasional evenings and weekends
