Assistant (IA) will play a vital role in supporting our hands-on Design Courses, both in the main school building and in the Sillers Design Center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, has an interest in STEM and design, and is eager to help foster a safe, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.
We are seeking a part-time Design Program Instructional Assistant to begin on August 24th. The typical schedule is 7:45 am – 3:15 pm, Tuesday – Thursday.
The purpose of this role is to provide instructional support for Design Courses in both the main school building and the Sillers Design Center; to assist teachers with student learning in classroom and maker space settings; support safe and effective use of equipment; and help with transitions, setup, and supervision to ensure a smooth and engaging design learning experience.
REQUIREMENTS

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Campus Aide. This individual will assist in the daily supervision of students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 during recess and lunch periods, during after-school extended care and throughout our busy summer resort program. This will include planning and implementing organized activities, engaging students in active gameplay and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for students through active monitoring. We seek qualified substitute teachers who possess a caring and professional demeanor and a genuine desire to foster a love of learning. St. Mary’s is seeking experienced school nurses to provide substitute coverage when our nurse is off campus. The Substitute School Nurse will provide health services to students, faculty and staff, manage paraprofessional activities related to school health services, distribute health information, provide emergency medical care and perform special health care procedures for students as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have a BA or BS from an accredited college, a current California Registered Nursing License, a minimum of two years successful experience as a School Nurse, strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and knowledge of California state laws, California educational codes and first aid/CPR standards.
