St. Mary's School is currently seeking candidates for the following positions: 

Substitute Teachers (K-8th)

We are seeking qualified substitute teachers who possess a caring, professional demeanor and a desire to engender a real love of learning.  Lesson plans may be presented using a variety of techniques including lectures, projects, exhibits, field trips, audiovisual and library resources, computers, and the Internet.  Bachelor’s Degree is required.  A valid teaching credential or equivalent teaching experience in a respected independent school is preferred. 

Preschool Substitute Teachers (Ages 2-5)

Our Preschool substitute teachers are required to have successfully completed at least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units.  We are looking for individuals with experience in a preschool environment who can provide a warm, caring and safe environment for our students.  For consideration, please send resume with cover letter, Statement of Educational Philosophy and a copy of college transcripts with ECE units.
